JFK Hours

 

At JFK we are available on a walk-in basis 24 hours a day 7 days a week, however, we prefer that appointments and elective treatment occur during normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM or Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM.

 

Newark Liberty Hours

 

At Newark Liberty we are available on a walk-in basis Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM -- 6 PM. However, we provide 24 hour, 7 day a week drug and alcohol testing services when required on-site or in the office. Call 973-643-7591 for after hour services. LaGuardia Hours

 

At LaGuardia we are available on a walk-in basis Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  However, our JFK location is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We also offer injury care and drug and alcohol testing services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Call 718-244-1644 after hours for services.

 

We also provide on-site 24 hour, 7 day a week drug and alcohol testing throughout the NY Metropolitan Area call 718-244-1644 in New York and New Jersey for after hour services.

By Automobile: From Brooklyn/Belt Parkway East bound:
Take Belt Parkway East bound and follow signs towards Nassau Expressway. Take Exit 19 towards Kennedy Airport/ Van Wyck Expressway. Merge onto the Nassau Expressway and stay in the center lane. The Nassau Expressway Ends and Rockaway Boulevard Begins. Once on Rockaway Boulevard continue East for approximately 1 mile. (You will see a McDonald’s and the Dept. of Motor Vehicles on your left.) *Once you pass the Guy R. Brewer Boulevard/North Boundary Road JFK Airport Entrance intersection continue ¼ mile East and turn Left at the light to arrive at 230-59 Rockaway Boulevard and the AMB JFK Logistics Center. Make a Quick Right Before the guard booth and our Building will be on your left. Turn left at the end of the building and park. Enter through the South Lobby Doors and take the elevator to the second floor. Turn right down the hall to Suite 225.

 

By Automobile: From Long Island/ Belt Parkway West bound:
Take the Southern State Parkway West. Southern Parkway West/ becomes Belt Parkway West.
Take the Rockaway Boulevard Exit 21A to Rockaway Boulevard. Turn Left onto Rockaway Boulevard (Burger King will be on your right). Continue to the End and Turn Left continuing on Rockaway Boulevard. *Follow Directions as above.

 

From the Van Wyck Expressway South bound:
Take the Van Wyck Expressway South towards JFK Airport and take Exit 1 via the Nassau Expressway/878. Follow the signs for the Nassau Expressway and stay in the center lane. The Nassau Expressway Ends and Rockaway Boulevard Begins. Once on Rockaway Boulevard continue East for approximately 1 mile. (You will see a McDonald’s and the Dept. of Motor Vehicles on your left.) *Follow Directions as above. see map>>

 

From JFK International Airport Main Terminals via Van Wyck Expressway North bound:
Take the Van Wyck Expressway North and take Exit 1A Nassau Expressway/878. Bear to your right and merge into the center lane staying on the Nassau Expressway to Rockaway Boulevard East. The Expressway Ends and Rockaway Boulevard Begins. Once on Rockaway Boulevard continue East for approximately 1 mile. (You will see a McDonald’s and the Dept. of Motor Vehicles on your left.) *Follow Directions as above. see map>>

 

From JFK International Airport Main Terminals via the JFK Expressway:
 

Take the JFK Expressway and Exit at South Cargo Road. Continue straight and follow the road and the signs to the right to North Boundary Road. Stay on North Boundary Road (passing Federal Express and NCA/ANA) and bear Left before the U.S. Post Office to the End of North Boundary Road. Turn Right at the Rockaway Boulevard intersection. *Follow Directions as above.

Public Transportation:
Take any public transportation to any point at JFK Airport or the intersection of Rockaway and Farmers Boulevard and call us at 718-244-1644 for the free shuttle service to and from our offices.

By Automobile: From the New Jersey Turnpike:
 

Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 14. After the toll, follow the middle roadway and signs for Port Newark/North Area/South Area. The road will curve to the left. Within a 1/4 of a mile you will see a sign for the North Area and you will be bearing right. Pass the bus stops and at the stop sign turn right onto Brewster Road. *Proceed 1/4 mile & turn left on Airis Drive. Building No. 339 is on your right. Park in any EWR Airport Medical space located between Building 339 & 340 & enter through American Airlines Cargo to the second floor. see map>>

From Port Newark: Take Port Street south towards the Airport and Rte. 1 & 9 south. At the traffic light after the Port Street Bridge, you will be able to see Building No. 339 a 1/2 mile further south on the left. However, to get into the North Area of the airport, you must take the Frontage Road Loop (the second right after the light). You must make a complete loop around and when you come to the Howard Johnson's make a left. Continue 1/2 mile and turn left towards Rte. 1 & 9. You must cross over the two lanes of traffic and get in the left lane and head back towards the Nor th Area of the airport (crossing over Rte. 1 & 9). Pass the bus stops, and at the stop sign, turn right onto Brewster Road. (see * above)

From Rte. 1 & 9:
 

Take Rte. 1 & 9 north towards Newark Airport, stay in the local lanes and follow the signs to the North Area of the airport. As you enter the North Area, you will pass multiple bus stops on your right, at the stop sign, turn right onto Brewster Road. (see * above)

From Rte. 78:
 

Take Rte. 78 east towards Newark Airport and Exit at 57 (Newark International Airport/1 & 9 North/Port Newark) and follow the signs to the North Area of the airport. As you enter the North Area, you will pass multiple bus stops on your right. At the stop sign, turn right onto Brewster Road. (see * above) see map>>

 

From the Main Terminals A, B, or C:

Follow the airport exit signs to the North Area and head north on Brewster Road. Continue 1/2 mile past Signature Flight Support and turn right onto Airis Drive.,Building No. 339 will be on your right. (see * above)

Transportation from Main Terminals A, B, or C:
Take the P6 shuttle bus from the ground transportation area to Parking Lot 6. Get off at stop No. 38 in the P6 Parking Lot. Walk through the gate to your right and through the crosswalk to cross the street to building No. 339. Enter through American Airlines Cargo to the second floor.

Public Transportation via the 62, 37, 40 or 107 bus:
Take the No. 62 or 37 bus to Terminals A, B, or C, once you are at Terminal A, B, or C, take the P6 shuttle bus from the ground transportation area outside the terminal and follow the direction above. Or, take the No. 40 or 107 bus to the North Area of the airport and get off at the North Area stop. Walk east and across the street from the North Area stop. We are in building No. 339. Enter through American Airlines Cargo to the second floor.

Take the Grand Central Parkway to Exit 7 which is 94th Street. Turn right at LaGuardia Road and follow signs to Central Terminal B. Airport Medical is Located in Room 3771 on the Third Floor of the Central Terminal Building. Take the central elevator in the main food court to the third floor and exit to the right. Room 3771 is immediately on your left.
